Who is Wholesale for?
Typically, we work with clients come from small to medium sized retail stores looking to add additional product lines to their retail floor. These clients focus on B2C in store and online. Our wholesale candles are sold as is and we do not offer any changes. If you're looking for some creative freedom, check out our Private Label option.
How does Wholesale Work?
It's about as straight forward as purchasing anything from anywhere online. You will need to meet the minimum requirement of 50 candles (you can choose more than one scent) but other than that there's nothing else required.
Are there any up front costs?
Yes, you'll be required to pay for your order in full unless your order is over $500. If your order is over $500, you can make two equal payments, one at the time of ordering and one before products are shipped. Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
We know how important it is to be able to test a product without having to have a lot of cash tied up. Our Wholesale Candles reflect a low price point and MOQ. Starting at a 50-piece minimum per order.
How long does production take?
Wholesale is poured on demand and can take up to 14 business days to ship.
Private label is also poured on demand but can take longer depending on the other elements, like client supplied labels or containers. In most cases we can ship private label projects within 21 business days.
What type of wax do you use?
We use coconut soy wax with a hint of beeswax.
Are your fragrance oils safe?
Yes, our oils are all phthalate free and in most cases body safe.
Do you offer delivery for wholesale orders?
Orders over $1000 we can deliver locally within 60 miles of 64133.

Private Label
Who is Private label for?
Typically we work with clients come from small to medium sized retail stores, insurance, real estate and other large groups looking to "brand" their candles for either B2C or Marketing purposes. You will have a few options to make your project reflective of you and your brand or business.
How does Private Label Work?
We will offer you the option to purchase one of our candle libraries. This is a candle sample kit and you'll be able to smell an assortment of our candle scents. There is a cost associated with this kit.
Once you've selected the scent(s) you'll need to select one of our core candle containers. If you want to drop ship containers other than ones we already have, please contact us. We will need to determine if the container is candle safe and in most cases do preliminary test burns before we were to start your order.
Lastly, you'll need to have a label designed for your candle unless you plan on selling without a label. If you need help designing labels please let us know and we can provide you with additional resources.
Are there any up front costs?
At the very least, you'll be required to pay a project start deposit which is 75%. Once the deposit has been paid, production will begin and at that time, we will not accept cancellations of orders. If you need to cancel an order after production has begun there is a 50% NON REFUNDABLE cancellation fee that we will pull from the project start deposit. Every Private Label order is made specifically for the client.
